Digital Products & Tutorials
Craftihubs offers digital products only. No physical materials, DIY kits, or finished handmade products will be shipped.
All tutorials, PDF guides, video guides, downloadable files, and digital access links are non-refundable once the order has been completed, delivered, downloaded, or accessed.
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Accidental purchase
Not reading the product description before purchase
Expecting a physical product or DIY kit
Not having the required materials or tools
Lack of usage after purchase
Difficulty caused by personal skill level, incorrect handling, or not following the instructions
Personal preference regarding the tutorial style, design, or final result
Each product page includes information about what the tutorial is for. By placing an order, you agree that you are purchasing a digital tutorial only.

Refunds & Replacements
As digital products cannot be returned, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.
However, we will gladly assist or provide a replacement link/file if:
You received the wrong digital tutorial
The file or access link is not working
The tutorial file is incomplete due to a technical error
There is a clear issue from our side that prevents you from accessing the purchased tutorial
Please contact us with your order number and a screenshot or clear description of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Order Cancellations & Changes
Because Craftihubs tutorials are delivered digitally, orders are usually processed automatically.
Orders may only be cancelled or changed if:
The tutorial has not been downloaded, opened, accessed, or delivered; and
You contact us as soon as possible after placing the order
Once digital access has been granted, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are no longer available.
In limited cases, if you accidentally purchased the same tutorial twice, please contact us within 24 hours. We may offer store credit or assistance at our discretion, provided the duplicate tutorial has not been downloaded or accessed.
